Bruce was initially employed at Hanlon & Partners in 1973 as a graduate engineer from Canterbury University. He was offered a partnership in the firm in 1978, becoming the sole director in 1998. With over 40 years experience Bruce leads a team of four engineers, four draughtsmen and two administration staff.
